On March 5, 2004, Rebecca Campbell aged 9, Jessica Campbell aged 8, and their grandmother, Barbara Cheadle, were killed in a crash on the Pacific Highway, just south of Bulahdelah. A semi-trailer hit the back of a stationary ute, crossed to the wrong side of the road and crushed Mrs Cheadle's car.

Our Girls Memorial
This memorial was erected in remembrance of Barbara Ann Cheadle aged 59, Rebecca Maree Campbell aged 9, and Jessica Louise Campbell aged 8, tragically killed in a traffic accident on the 5th March 2004 at Keels Road Buladelah
We kneel beside this special place, and lay flowers with loving care,
No one knows our heartache as we turn and leave you there.
We know they`re loved in heaven, As we loved them here at home,
At least their all together they will never be alone.
We will remember Barb, Becky and Jessy today and everyday
