The plaque was erected in memory of Alan Meyer, owner of Vic Feeds and proud supporter of the Silo Art project, who passed away during the project on the 22nd July 2019.
The train driver on the silo art is painted in his likeness. The artwork was completed by Tim Bowtell in March 2020.
