The Arthur Titley Centre
Formerly known as the Horticultural Hall and opened 15th May 1933
The Centre was renamed in honour of the incumbent Mayor of Charters Towers Alderman Thomas Harris Arthur (Tiger) Titley, M. C. O. A. M.
Alderman Titley 13 - 1 - 1909 2 - 7 - 1983 was Mayor of the City of Charters Towers 1964 -1979, 1982 - July 1985
Renovations were officially opened 17th January 1986 by His Worship the Mayor of Charters Towers Alderman G.G. Engler
