INGHAM. — As a tribute to the late chairman of the Shire Council (Cr. J. L. Kelly), the new library building being erected at Ingham is to be known as "The J. L. Kelly Memorial Building." Cr. Garbutt, who made the suggestion, said the district owed something to the memory of Mr Kelly, who had done so much for it. The building is expected to be completed in about a month.
