In recognition of services rendered to the Tweed District by Charles Harold Lundberg, M. B. E.

Member of the State Committee set up in 1948 to investigate the Tweed River Flood Mitigation Scheme which was carried out during the period 1958 1969 at a cost of $1,300,000
