This Centre is named in honour of Joyce Wheatley who served on Kiama Municipal Council from 1980 to 2008, including being Deputy Mayor from 1986 to 1987 and Mayor from 1992 to 2000.
A truly dedicated community leader who also carried out significant voluntary work.
