Horsley Park Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade
In times of war it was the law to keep the home fires burning :
But without a doubt they`re better out - We do not want those times returning :
The Panty Hose Brigade.
This memorial garden is dedicated to Mrs Anne Cork

For all those who have served in our Brigade before our time
We thank you for your unsung efforts in times past
Your efforts have laid the foundation to build this Brigade to the success that it is today.

When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room Why cry for a soul set free ?
Miss me a little, but not too long and not with your head bowed low

It`s all part of the Master`s plan a step on the road to home
When you are lonely and sick of heart go to the friends we know
