The headstone was erected by friends to commemorate Thomas Cush, who died in 1900. 
 
Mr Thomas Cush, head stockman at Warenda, died in the hospital last Wednesday. He was buried the same evening. The primary cause of death I understand, was dysentry. He was a brother of Mr. William Cush, manager of Goodwood Station and Chairman of the Boulia Divisional and Marsupial Boards.
