This plaque is dedicated to the memory of the late Charles "Chief" Jackson (1898 - 1989)

In acknowledgement of his leadership in the Scouting Movement on the South Coast and Tablelands.

His role in the establishment of the Mt Kiera Scout Camp and 89 years of continuous service to Scouting.  

Awarded Australia's highest Scouting recognition the `Silver Kangaroo`
