Burke & Wills Centenary (Camp 8)Print Page
The stone fireplace is a memorial to the Burke and Wills Expedition which camped near here in 1860. It was erected by the Waranga Shire Council to commemorate the centenary of the Victorian Exploring Expedition`s passage through the Barnadown district in 1860.
