Australian Volunteer Coastguard Ashes Memorial Wall

Erected in memory of those whose ashes have been scattered off this headland by the Australian Volunteer Coastguard, Caloundra, Flotilla Four and others

May they rest in peace in the bountiful ocean

As a result of an initiative of Beverley Dougan and the valuable assistance of Council staff and Councillor Tim Dwyer this memo9rial was erected by the Caloundra City Council for the Australian Volunteer Coastguard.

This plaque was unveiled on the seventh of  November 2007, jointly by
