The Coastcare Memorial Lookout commemorates the past founding members of the Bouvard Coastcare Group.
Bouvard Coastcare group has been operating for over 22 years and been the most active group in the City of Mandurah. The group is responsible for over 17 kilometers of coastline on the southern boundary of the city of Mandurah and has been the recipient of multiple Coastcare Awards for group activities and individual achievements.
