Royal Far West is a non-government organisation that has been providing health services to children living in rural and remote New South Wales since 1924.  Royal Far West was established in 1924. Originally the vision of Reverend Stanley Drummond, the service has provided over 80 years of free access to specialist medical, nursing and allied health services for thousands of country children who would otherwise not have access to such care.
