Catalina Flying Boat Sqaudrons 11, 20, 42 & 43
Air Sea Rescue Flights 111, 112, 113, 114 & 115
Seaplane training flights, operational training flights, flying boat repair depots, repair and maintenance units, operational base units and marine sections.
RAAF flying boats flew on patrol, escort, reconnaissance, bombing, mine laying, escort, rescue and combined operations in the Pacific and Indian and South China Sea.
