The hall commemorates those who served in World War Two.
A military parade by the specially trained Queen's guard will be a feature of the official opening ceremony of the Launceston War Memorial Hall on Windmill Hill on February 17. The open air ceremony will be followed by a concert in the hall in which many well known Launceston musicians and singers will be participating.
