Penong Honour RollPrint Page 
The wooden honour roll commemorates those from the District who served in World War Two.
On Wednesday night, Mrs. W. J. Sleep and Mrs. C. C. Murray unveiled the honour roll in the Penong hall. The Rev Connell and Pengilly conducted a short service. After the unveiling, a dance was enjoyed and supper was served.
