Walkerville Memorial GardenPrint Page 
The garden commemorates those who have served in World War One.
On October 16 a "working bee," consisting of about about 40 residents, attended at the Walkerville Recreation Grounds and began the formation of a soldiers' memorial garden in accordance with the plan prepared by the Government Town Planner and approved by the district council.
