Dressing The GravesPrint Page
The plaque commemorates those who served in World War One.
"Dressing the Graves" is an event held as part of the bi-annual Kernewek Lowender Festival. The first Dressing the Graves was held in 2001 during the 15th Kernewek Lowender, in the town cemeteries of Kadina, Moonta and Wallaroo. The ceremonies are held to draw attention to the pioneers and the esteem in which each was held.
