The stained glass window and wooden honour roll commemorates those from the Shire of Wimmera who served in World War One.

The unveiling of the Wnimmera shire roll of Honor and memorial window will take place on Friday next at the Shire Hall at 3 p.m. The ceremony of unveiling will be performed by Mr. A. S. Rodgers, M.H.R., and the council extends an invitation to shire ratepayers to be present. As the accommodation is limited, the doors of the council chamber will be left.open after the ceremony to enable those desirous of doing so, and not able to obtain admission whilst the function is on, to inspect the roll at leisure.
