The marble honour roll commemorates former students of the school who served in World War One.
GUNNEDAH, Wednesday.
At a meeting of the Parents and Citizens' Association, arrangements were made for the unveiling of the School Honor Roll, on June 23. It was decided to hang the roll which is a handsome marble one, on the outside of the school building facing the main street, and an invitation was extended to Mrs. G. R McDonagh (Mayoress) to unveil same. Invitations have also been extended to the Minister for Education, Director of Education, Chief Inspector and District Inspector of Schools, the Federal and State members of Parliament, Municipal and Shire Councils, Returned Soldiers, Repatriation Committee, Boy Scouts, Cadets; Red Cross and several other bodies.
