Memorial TreesPrint Page
The Norfolk Island pine trees commemorate those who died in service or were killed in action in World War One. The pines have replaced some of the trees which were originally planted on the 28th September 1918.
Each tree is accompanied by a metal plaque, mounted on a metal stand. The plaques are inscribed with the names of soldiers who died in the First World War and are decorated with images of red flowers.
