The wooden honour roll commemorates those from Harefield, Yathella and Wallactown who served in World War One.

A very successful entertainment was held at Harefield on September 6 in aid of the Red Cross funds.  An important part of the programme was the unveiling of a very handsome roll of honor presented by Mr. W. J. Dennis, containing 28 names of soldiers who have enlisted from Harefield, Yathella and Wallacetown district. The unveiling was gracefully done by Mrs. J. J. McNickie, of "Kurrajong Park." At the conclusion of the programme the National Anthem was sung and a very hearty vote of thanks passed to the chairman.
