The wooden honour roll commemorates former students of the school who served in World War One.

Wings have been added to the Junee Public School honor roll, and the handsome board is now complete. There are 173 names inscribed thereon, all ex pupils. Thirty-six of that number paid the supreme sacrifice. One gained the Croix de Guerre, one a D.C.M., and one other the M.C., and four others Military Medals. The officers include one colonel, captain and five lieutenants, and several others of lower rank. This record is one that the district is proud of. The work of the board was executed by the firm of Mr. G. H. Mutch, Junee.
