The roll was restored under the "Saluting Their Service" Grants Program and rededicated on the 11th November, 2008 on the 90th anniversary of the Armistice of World War One.

Roll of Honour 1914 - 1919
This honour board is thought to be the first material recognition
of those men from the Bombala District who served in the
armed forces during the First World War.
It was installed in the Literary Institute in Caveat St where it
remained for many years until the building became uninhabital (sic),
the building contents were auctioned and the honour board
was taken to Sydney.
By good fortune it has now been returned to Bombala and
is now on permament display in the RSL Club by kind permission
of Club management.
The honour board has been restored under the Federal
Government and Department of Veteran`s Affairs
"Saluting Their Service" Commemorations Grants Program.
Re-dedicated on 11th November, 2008 by the Reverend Ken Foster,
Anglican Parish of Southern Monaro, on the 90th anniversary of
the Armistice of the First World War.
