Gin Gin RSL Memorial & Community HallPrint Page
The hall commemorates those from the Shire who died in service or were killed in action in World War One and World War Two.
Kolan Shire residents have decided to build a £20,000 community block at Gin Gin as a memorial for war dead of the shire, and club rooms for returned service men and women. The building will also accommodate the shire council, and will serve as a concert and dance hall. Ratepayers will pay the cost, having pledged, themselves to a rate over a period of years.
