Oxenford - Coomera War MemorialPrint Page
The monument commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The wall behind the existing boulder was built by a team from Bunnings stores, ex-RSL member Gary Canon, local councillor John Wayne and members of the Coomera branch of the Country Women's Association.
The wall contains the insignias of the three services and individual plaques of those from the district who lost their lives in conflicts in which Australia has been involved including Trooper Pearce who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2007.
