Burleigh Heads War MemorialPrint Page
The monument commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
It is three arched brick walls on a large stepped platform with a flagpole sitting in front of the centre wall. The centre wall has an inscription with three plaques inserted. The smaller walls either side have one plaque. Stone memorials are positioned around and rosemary bushes are planted left and right of the platform, dedicated to all prisoners of war.
