Koroit War MemorialPrint Page
The War Memorial was originally erected in memory of those from the district who died in service or were killed in action duriing World War One. The names of the fallen of World War Two were added to the memorial at a later date.
In 1990, the war memorial was redeveloped by raising the base by about 1 metre, and adding concrete walls at either end as well as chain railing and two flagpoles. Following the completion of these additions, a local ceremony took place at which the memorial was rededicated by Victorian RSL president Bruce Ruxton.
