Plaque 1 :
In memory of our mates past and present.
They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old :
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Creator God, giver of life, bringer of healing,
we thank you for Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital.
For those who have served this country In conflicts past,
for those who follow in their footsteps in the here and now,
for those who will create new footsteps in times to come.
Source of our care, heal us,

and finally bring us to that place of wholeness
