Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic CentrePrint Page
The Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre commemorates those who served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved. It replaced the old War Memorial Swimming Pool which was opened on the 6th November 1965.
The centre features a heated pool and many other attractions including a gymnasium, cafe, a lap pool and other recreational swimming areas as well as provisions for people with disabilities.

The provision of sheltered poolside seating was the suggestion of E. M. (Pat) O`Halloran, British Airborne Forces, and the late Harry J. King, 2 / 3 Australian Pioneer Battalion both members of Moss Vale Sub-branch, Returned & Services League of Australia.
The project was completed with the cooperation of Wingecarribee Shire Council, the generous help of Joy Manufacturing Pty Ltd, and the sponsorship of Moss Vale Sub-Branch, Returned & Services League of Australia.
