Finch Street Orange TreesPrint Page 
The orange trees were planted as a living memorial to those from Bingara who died in service or were killed in action during World Wars One and Two. The plaque is located outside the Bingara RSL Club.
The trees and the annual harvesting of the fruit by the school children (The Orange Police) has become a symbol of community pride. A special ceremony outside the RSL Club marks the start of the harvest done on a designated day near the end of June each year.
There are approximately 100 orange trees that have been planted.
