The pool commemorates those from Cunderdin and District who died in service or were killed in action in World War One and World War Two.
Despite the unseasonal conditions for swimming pool interest, the Swimming Cunderdin Pool Memorial Fund Appeal continues to grow. With donations received this week, the total now stands at £6413/11/. All the donations received from the the people of Cunderdin make this total, which has been very encouraging and is tax free, and the committee hopes that further public support will be forthcoming and by next summer the objective will be realised.
