Maitland Citizens Memorial consists of two memorial walls located behind the Fallen Soldiers Memorial which commemorate those from the district who served in World War Two and later conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The memorial walls contain plaques listing the names of service and ex-service personnel who served in those conflicts and peace keeping operations.
