The War Memorial commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The memorial is a cascading waterfall above which are the words "Lest We Forget". In front of the water feature is a series of plaques some of which commemrorate those who gave their lives for their country (including a Legacy Plaque) as well as a plaque commemorating National Service and one commemorating those who served in Peacekeeping, Humanitarian, and Security Operations in Post 1975 conflicts.
