St Margaret`s Warriors ChapelPrint Page

The chapel within the church commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.  The Chapel is known as the Warriors' Chapel, but its formal name is the Chapel of St Michael and St George.

Reverend James Hardingham who died on 20 February 1962 when the incumbent minister at the church, was a former Australian soldier, and is buried in the Chapel.
