The plaque in the foyer of the Australian Taxation Office commemorates Nikolco (Nik) Spasovski a worker who died during the construction of the building.
Mr Spasovski died on 1 July 2006 when he fell through an unmarked hole between the 11th and 10th floors. He was only 48 years old when he passed away, leaving a wife and two children behind to cope with the loss.
