"The Last Supper " window commemorates Reverend Alexander Stewart, Minister of St Johns, from 1887 to 1920.
Reverend Alexander Stewart, from The Leigh, Geelong, was called to St. Johns five years after the departure of Reverend William Groundwater Fraser. He was inducted on November 29th 1887, and remained at St. Johns for 33 years. He served a term as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Victoria in 1907. He died on October 17th 1924, and did not live to see the opening of the new church.
