The marble tablet was erected in memory of the Reverend William Carter who was the Incumbent of the Church from 1853 to 1868.
On Wednesday evening, October 8th, a very bright and impressive service was held in Holy Trinity Church, Coburg, on the occasion of unveiling a memorial tablet in memory of the late Rev. William Carter, who was incumbent of the parish from 1853 to 1868. A large congregation was present. Prayer was read by The Rev. C. P. M. Bardin, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Caffin and the Rev. J. Caton.
