The plaque commemorates Alexander and Isabella Cameron who were members of St Andrew`s Presbyterian Church.
News has reached Goulburn of the death at Cooma on April 4 of Mr. Alexander Cameron, aged 73, who was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Cameron, pioneers of the Middle Arm district. Mr. Cameron served for many years in the N.S.W. Police Force, and was associated with the clearing up of numerous crimes in the western districts. He executed his duly without fear or favour and was held in esteem by all sections of the commnunity. He is survived by four sons, Alec (Canberra), Donald (Queanbeyan), Wallace (Cooma), and Douglas (Sydney). His wife and two daughters predeceased him.
