The marble plaque erected by friends, commemorates Anne Adam, wife of the Reverend Alexander Adam who was Minister of the Parish from 1853 to 1899.

13th May, 1895, Aged 72.
Her cheerful piety during the 42 years she was amongst us, her gracious ways, her zeal In every good work, her sympathy
with the poor and suffering, and her love for the children ; will be long and gratefully remembered.
