The stained glass window of Saint John the Evangelist, commemorates John Lumsdon who was Rector of the Parish from 1904 to 1916.
Archdeacon Clarke, at the 11 am. service in St Peter's Church, Glenelg yesterdav unveiled a window in memory of the late Rev. J. Lumsdon, former rector of the church who died in England some time ago. The window which portrays St. John, is set on the north-west side of the church and contains pieces of old stained glass from Canterbury Cathedral.
