The marble plaque commemorates George H. Reeves and Samuel E. James who were long time worshippers at the Grattai Church of England. The plaque was originally erected in the Grattai church.
George Reeves was instrumental in collecting funds for the erection of the church and Samuel James taught in the Sunday School.
