The memorial tablet was erected in memory of Corporal Arthur Mueller Pearce who was killed in action at Gaba Tepe on the 25th April 1915 during World War One.

Arthur Pearce was heavily involved in the church and other organisations.

Member of Choir, Gleaners` Union And Treasurer of Sower`s Band.
Foremost In Every Good Work, Beloved By Everyone.

             Aged 30 Years.

    Erected By Friends And Fellow Workers
