The marble tablet commemorates Private Percy Fallick who killed in action during World War One. An additional plaque was attached at a later date in memory of Cecil Fallick who died of double pneumonia in 1924.
Private Percy H. Fallick, second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Fallick, Government Savings Bank, Mosman, was killed in action in France on June 7. Another son, Sergt. Cecil H. Fallick, is serving with the colours.
