The stained glass window commemorates Lieutenant John Henty McWhae, who was killed on active service in February 1943 during World War Two.
He was onboard Supermarine Seagull A2-9 when it crashed into the sea killing him and another former scholar of Geelong Grammar School, Pilot Officer Edward Seller.
