Three stained glass windows commemorate Pilot Officer Douglas Doel, who was killed when Royal Australian Air Force (R.A.A.F.) Tiger Moth A17-575 crashed at Fulham. Also killed was Lt. E.C. Gray (Royal Australian Navy). They were both members of the No. 12 Flying Instructors Course.
The left of three stained glass windows depicts the RAAF emblem, the centre shows a religious scene and the right one depicts the 77 Squadron badge.
