Tribute to former Captain of Queenscliff fire station in recognition of the contribution he made to the Queenscliff Brigade and the Country Fire Authority (CFA). The tribute is placed on the four doors of the new medium tanker, a 2.4C Hino GT series 2000L.
Don was a member of the CFA for 58 years and Captain of Queenscliff 1967-99, a total of 32 years. He was instrumental in the Queenscliff Fire Brigade obtaining its very first tanker in 1970.
