The Memorial Walk commemorates the life of Ian Blair, a former Western Australian policeman and well known citizen of Onslow.
Ian Blair, a member of the Western Australia Police service was posted to Onslow in 1959. Upon retirement he made Onslow his home and became involved in many community activities. He died in 1998.
