In memory of Rudolf W. E. Schütze OAM (1913 - 2005)
Aware of the `God, Man, Nature` equation, he respected the Kaurna people and lands. Over a period of 36 years he worked for the health of this waterway, from the gorge to the sea, successfully seeking its dedication as a reserve.
A passionate `Steward of the Earth` he was a lobbyist and volunteer in many environmental organisations on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
In memory also of his wife Charlotte H. Schütze (1913 - 1995) who consistently supported his work.
