The "Risen Lord with Mary Magdalen" window was placed by those from The Southport School as a mark of love and respect, to commemorate Jessie Pearce who was the wife of the fifth headmaster of the school.
Mrs Pearce arrived with her husband in 1931 and remained here (but for three years) until her death in 1967. A regular worshipper in the Chapel she cared for the Altar flowers.
